You own everything you submit. By submitting content for analysis, you grant Verticalyzer a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of generating your report. We do not claim ownership of your scripts, outlines, or any creative work you submit.
The analysis Verticalyzer provides is generated by an AI model and is offered as creative and strategic feedback only. It is not a guarantee of viewer performance, platform distribution, or commercial success. Results are subjective and should be treated as one input among many in your creative process.

Paid analyses are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. If the service fails to return an analysis due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will make it right. Refunds are not available for completed analyses.
We aim to keep Verticalyzer available and accurate but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The service is provided as-is. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Verticalyzer and Moviefield are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the analysis provided. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
